
Healthy grill chicken recipe with a tangy twist. This grill chicken with ripe mango filling and tangy lemon flavour is Super easy to prepare. This dish is just under 400 calories and is perfect for those of you who are on weight loss diet. Include this in your meal plan to get some variety and please those tastebuds. 😊 Ingredients: 250 gm chicken breat pieces, 1 cup diced mangoes, 1/2 cup mashed/puréed/paste mangoes, lemon juice from 1 lemon, herbs of your choice ( I am using dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes), salt and olive oil Procedure: 1. Slit the chicken breast pieces from the side to make pockets 2. Marinate the chicken with salt and half of the lemon juice Andy set aside in refrigerator for 30 minutes-2 hours 2. After 30 mins grease a baking tray with some olive oil 3. Take out the chicken and fill the pockets with diced mangoes 4. Smear the chicken with mango paste 5. Sprinkle all your favourite herbs and remaining lemon juice 6. Drizzle some olive oil 7. Sprinkle some salt to taste if needed 8. Bake/ grill in a pre heated oven for 15-18 min at 180degree celcius or until the chicken is cooked. 9. Garnish with some fresh cilantro and serve with a side of Greek yoghurt or any other Low fat yoghurt of your choice. 10. Dig in and enjoy.. Like and subscribe for more videos !!
